We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
We do not transfer any data collected outside of the UK / EU.
Retaining your data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:
- Referral data: 6 years
- Newsletter data:
- While you remain subscribed
- Deleted after 12 months on unsubscribe, or after 12 months of inactivity
- Donation records: 6 years from your last donation (for legal and financial reporting) – After which we will retain the financial transaction information and remove your personal information.
Your rights to your data

- Ask for incorrect data to be corrected
- Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
