265 civil society organisations working in both the migrant rights sector and wider human rights and third sector have produced a statement today ahead of the second reading of the Rwanda Bill in the House of Lords (29th January 2023).

The signatories of this statement, including Together with Migrant Children are greatly concerned about the impact of this bill constitutionally, in respect of the UK's international commitments and an attack on the universality of human rights, a core principle that underpins basic human rights.
